Bring it into our Cardiff shop located at 14-16 Morgan Arcade CF10 1 AF, or post it to us. Our lab team logs it into your account and creates the order, you'll see it appear in your customer portal once it's booked in.

Standard turnaround is 3–5 working days from the day we receive your film. Busy periods (Christmas, summer holidays) can add a day or two, we'll always keep you updated in your portal.

35mm and 120 colour C-41, black & white, and E-6 slide. Disposable cameras welcome. If you're unsure about a specific stock, drop us a message before sending it in.

Yes, if you're posting film to us — postal orders are placed and paid for online upfront. For in-store drop off, our lab staff write up the order once your film is with us so we can quote accurately for the exact rolls, formats and scans you need, and you pay on drop off or collection.

Place a postal order online and pay, we email you a unique reference number, then you post your film to Camera Centre UK, 14-16 Morgan Arcade, Cardiff CF10 1AF with that reference inside the package. Developing, scanning and printing cost exactly the same as in store, plus one return postage fee if prints or negatives are coming back to you — and negatives return free with any print order.

When your scans are ready we publish them to a gallery inside your portal. You'll get an email with a link and can view, download or share individual images or the whole roll.

Free accounts have 30 days from the publish date to download their scans. Premium accounts get unlimited storage. Full details on our retention policy page.

Premium gives you unlimited cloud storage for your scans, a digital loyalty stamp card (15% off developing every 10 rolls), the Filmgram community feed, film look photo editor, contact sheet PDFs, negative strip gallery view and a phone light meter for metering on the go. Premium is £5.99 per month, paid securely by card in the portal, and you can cancel any time.

Yes, a full range of print sizes and papers is available. See our pricing page or ask in store.
