Bring it into our Cardiff shop located at 14-16 Morgan Arcade CF10 1 AF, or post it to us. Our lab team logs it into your account and creates the order, you'll see it appear in your customer portal once it's booked in.

Standard turnaround is 3–5 working days from the day we receive your film. Busy periods (Christmas, summer holidays) can add a day or two, we'll always keep you updated in your portal.

35mm and 120 colour C-41, black & white, and E-6 slide. Disposable cameras welcome. If you're unsure about a specific stock, drop us a message before sending it in.

Not yet, orders are created by our lab staff once your film is with us, so we can quote accurately for the exact rolls, formats and scans you need. You pay in store when you drop off or on collection.

When your scans are ready we publish them to a gallery inside your portal. You'll get an email with a link and can view, download or share individual images or the whole roll.

Free accounts have 30 days from the publish date to download their scans. Premium accounts get unlimited storage. Full details on our retention policy page.

Premium gives you unlimited cloud storage for your scans, a digital loyalty stamp card (15% off developing every 10 rolls), the Filmgram community feed, film look photo editor, contact sheet PDFs and negative strip gallery view. Payment integration is coming soon, for now you can start Premium in store.
