- How do I get film from Bristol to your lab?
- Most Bristol customers post. Place a postal order online, write the reference number on the package and send it to Camera Centre UK, 14–16 Morgan Arcade, Cardiff CF10 1AF. A tracked parcel from Bristol normally reaches us the next working day.
- Is it worth coming over in person?
- It's about 45 minutes by car over the M4 Severn crossing, or under an hour on the direct train to Cardiff Central and a six-minute walk through the arcades. Plenty of Bristol shooters combine a drop-off with a day in town.
- How long does developing take?
- Turnaround starts when your film is checked in at the lab, not when you post it. We email you when it arrives, when it's developed and again when your scans are live in your gallery.
- Can I get my negatives sent back to Bristol?
- Yes — add return postage to your order and we'll send them back tracked. If you're also ordering prints, your negatives travel in the same parcel at no extra cost.
- Do you develop disposable cameras posted from Bristol?
- We do. Post the whole camera in — single-use cameras are opened and processed in house, so there's no need to try to unload it yourself.
