How your film moves through the lab
Every order is created by our in-store team. You don't fill in forms or check out online — just drop your film off and we'll do the rest.

Drop your film off
Bring your rolls, disposables or sheet film to Camera Centre UK at 14-16 Morgan Arcade, Cardiff. That's the only step you need to start.

We create your order
Our team logs your film against your account in the lab system. If you don't have an account yet, we'll create one and email you an invite.

Develop & scan
C-41, E-6 and black & white processing, with standard or high-resolution scans. Every instruction is recorded by staff at intake.

Your gallery is published
Scans are reviewed, then published to your account. You get an email the moment they are ready to view.

View, download, keep
Download individual frames or the whole roll as a ZIP. Rename galleries, make contact sheets, and share with friends if you're premium.

Create your free account
Email + password. Under a minute.
What you do
- 1Tap Create your account at the top of this page.
- 2Enter your email address and choose a password.
- 3Open the confirmation email we send and tap the link.
- 4Sign in — you'll land on your portal dashboard.
What we do
- We send the confirmation email straight away.
TipNo card details, no booking, nothing to pay. Use an email you check often — every update goes there.

How to download your scans
Pick the device you're using and follow along.
- 1Open the email we sent and tap the gallery link, or sign in at cardiff.film and tap Galleries.
- 2Tap a photo to open it full screen.
- 3Tap Download — the image saves to your Photos or Files app.
- 4For the whole roll, tap Download all. The ZIP saves to Files; tap it to unzip.
- 5Tip: on iPhone, ZIP files land in Files › Downloads.
PrintsIf you ordered prints, please wait for us to call or message you with collection details — your scans will already be online in the meantime.

+Can I post my film to you?
Yes — our postal service is now open across the UK. Place and pay for a postal order online, we email you a unique reference number, then send your film to Camera Centre UK, 14-16 Morgan Arcade, Cardiff CF10 1AF with that reference inside the package. Prices match our in-store list, with one return postage fee if prints or negatives come back to you.
+Do I need to book or pay online?
No. Developing, scanning and prints are paid for in store. The only thing you can buy on the site is optional premium photo storage.
+I didn't get my confirmation email
Check your spam or promotions folder first. Still nothing? Contact us and we'll resend the link or set the account up for you in store.
+I've forgotten my password
Use the Forgotten password link on the sign-in page and we'll email you a reset link.
+My order isn't showing yet
Orders appear once the lab has logged your film, usually the same day it reaches us. If it's been longer, get in touch and we'll check.
+I signed up with a different email
No problem — tell us which address you'd like the order attached to and we'll move it across.
