Common service questions

Do I need to book film developing online?

No. Orders are created by our staff when you bring or send your film to the lab. There is no online checkout for developing.

Can I post my film to you?

We are set up for in store drop off at our Cardiff shop. Speak to us if you are outside South Wales and we can advise the best option.

What scan resolution should I choose?

Standard scans are great for social media and small prints. Choose ultra high resolution if you shoot panoramic formats, make large prints or want maximum archival quality.

Do you return negatives?

Yes. Negatives are sleeved, labelled and returned with your order unless you tell us otherwise.

How do I know when my film is ready?

Your customer portal shows every stage from received to ready, and you get an email as soon as your gallery is published.

Do you develop disposable cameras?

Yes, Kodak, Fujifilm, Ilford and waterproof single use cameras. See our disposable camera guide for full details.
